I help you condition your body. It’s my mission to promote well-being through a customized approach. Here you get personalized simple bite-size yoga-infused work-ins that help you stop fixing and start healing.
I’ve always been passionate about healing and empowerment and I believe in healing for everyBody. I work as a catalyst for personal transformation. I help you explore the best version of yourself. And yoga is a fantastic tool. I am a certified yoga therapist, a classically trained jazz vocalist, and I hold a Ph.D. in Communications.
For the past 7 years my private one to one home service has been fully booked. I’ve had the privilege of working with fewer clients for many years helping them transform their bodies and lives. They invited me into their homes, lives and hearts and I’m deeply grateful for the opportunity of being of service to every single one of them. But it became quite frustrating for everyone (including myself), that I didn’t have space to accommodate new clients. I kept looking for ways on how to cater to a wider audience without losing the personalized in-depth approach of my work. The Body Conditioner is a dream come true.
The Body Conditioner gives us time and space to heal. It’s your chance to focus on injuries and imbalances that have built up over time. We begin to isolate the function of every single muscle group, strengthen the ones that are weak, stretch the ones that are tight, and finally redress your muscle groups.

I truly believe that yoga is a self-practice that evolves as you progress. However, I also understand that it is nice to get additional guidance from time to time. That’s why I’m here. I want to help you own your work-ins.
